Foundation problems often start below the surface — so that’s where we go to fix them.

Our Poly-Pier foundation repair system uses high-density polyurethane foam injected deep beneath the foundation to stabilize weak soil and help lift the foundation back into place.

Small pipes are driven approximately 4 feet below the footing, allowing us to inject the polyurethane where it’s needed. As the foam expands, it compacts and stabilizes the soil below while creating strong support beneath the foundation.

Foundation repair doesn’t always have to mean a major excavation project. Poly-Piers allow us to address the problem from the ground up — literally.
