A little lift and some crack sealing can make a BIG difference! 🙌

This Florida driveway had settled, leaving uneven concrete and cracks across the surface. Instead of tearing it out and replacing it, our crew used polyurethane foam injection to lift the concrete back into place, then sealed the cracks to help prevent water from getting underneath.

When a pool settles or sinks, the problem can go deeper than cracked or uneven concrete around it. The pool structure itself can settle, creating an uneven pool and potentially leading to bigger problems over time.

Our polyurethane deep-injection process allows us to inject high-density foam beneath the pool to fill voids, stabilize the soil, and carefully lift the pool back toward its proper position—without tearing everything out and starting over.

Foundation problems often start below the surface — so that’s where we go to fix them.

Our Poly-Pier foundation repair system uses high-density polyurethane foam injected deep beneath the foundation to stabilize weak soil and help lift the foundation back into place.

Small pipes are driven approximately 4 feet below the footing, allowing us to inject the polyurethane where it’s needed. As the foam expands, it compacts and stabilizes the soil below while creating strong support beneath the foundation.

Foundation repair doesn’t always have to mean a major excavation project. Poly-Piers allow us to address the problem from the ground up — literally.
