RIDD's 5-Step Process is what ensures our success and reliability for each of our customers:

1. Message the customer and let them know the service pro is on the way.
2. Knock on the door and ask if they have anything they specifically want to be treated (interior, shed, specific bug activity, etc.).
3. Perform a premier service.
4. Perform an act of service (bring in garbage cans, clean up litter, clean snow off of a car, shut the gate, go the extra mile on the service, etc.).
5. Knock on the door and tell the customer everything that was done. If they aren’t home, it’s mandatory that service pros send a picture of something that was treated (wasps, spider web, ant mound, etc.) and tell them what we did to serve them.
