We recently had the pleasure of breaking ground on Payson Fire Station 92 & Firehouse Park!

This project marks an important milestone for Payson City as its first ground-up project in more than 60 years. Along with a much-needed new facility for the City's fire and rescue personnel, the project will include an adjacent community park.

As our portfolio of public safety and rescue projects continues to grow, we're reminded of how meaningful these facilities are to us, the communities they serve, and the people who dedicate their lives to protecting them.

We're proud to partner with Payson City and Babcock Design to bring this important project to life!

This week, we had the opportunity to celebrate the groundbreaking of Utah’s Hogle Zoo’s African Savanna Expansion. Our team also fed the giraffes during the celebration. What better way to kick off a project!

This exciting new space will expand habitats for giraffes, zebras, warthogs, and other savanna residents, enhance animal care facilities, and create new opportunities for guests to connect with wildlife year-round.

We’re grateful for another opportunity to partner with Utah's Hogle Zoo and BKP Architects on a project that will make a lasting impact on both the animals and the guest experience.

We recently broke ground on the Washburn Entrance Addition at Snow College’s Richfield campus!

This project will turn the south entrance of the existing Washburn Building into a welcoming, prominent primary gateway to campus, featuring a student commons, a welcome center, a kitchenette, and supporting spaces.

The project also includes a complete transformation of the landscape between the Washburn and Administration buildings, creating new outdoor spaces for students to gather, connect, and interact.

We’re excited to be working alongside Snow College and CRSA Architects to bring this project to life and enhance the experience for students, faculty, and visitors at the Richfield campus.

Another healthcare project built to bring specialized care closer to the community.

The 15,421 SF West Point Specialty Center brings Ogden Clinic’s orthopedics, upper hand and extremity, ENT, and spine care services together under one roof. The facility includes exam and procedure rooms, radiology, and physical therapy spaces designed around the needs of patients and providers.

We’re grateful for the ongoing opportunities to work with Ogden Clinic and for the trust they continue to place in SIRQ. It’s also been great working alongside Carpenter Stringham Architects to bring another Ogden Clinic project to life.

Congratulations to Utah Autism Academy on the opening of the new addition to its Orem campus!

The new Utah Autism Community Center provides spaces for life skills training, creative activities, recreation, and community connection, giving autistic adults and their families access to resources that help foster greater independence and opportunity.

More than just a new building, this center represents Utah Autism Academy's ongoing commitment to serving the community and creating opportunities for individuals on the autism spectrum to thrive. We're grateful to have been a small part of this project and can't wait to see the impact it has for years to come.

It was a beautiful morning for a groundbreaking in Alpine.

We’re proud to partner with Alpine City, Navigate, and Babcock Design on the remodel and addition to Alpine Fire Station 202. This project will expand and modernize the facility, creating a space that better supports the firefighters and first responders who serve the Alpine community every day.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to be part of this important investment in public safety and look forward to delivering the project in early 2027.

Spanish Fork Fire & EMS Station 61 is officially underway, and we’re proud to partner with Spanish Fork City, ajc architects, and the many stakeholders helping to bring this project to life.
