The Shelak Family were simply wonderful to work with ❤️ they had some peculiar condensation issues that we discovered were due to poor insulation inside the family room walls, and that brief experience led to them tapping KMB for a master bathroom renovation. The goals were to make the tiny bathroom more spacious, bright, and a safer shower for them to use as they age in place. Mrs Shelak loved the design experience before she signed her contract for the redesign, and is over the moon with excitement to use her new shower! 🚿

Had a really insightful (and fun) work trip to the lehigh valley this week to pickup some beautiful acoustic wood 🪵 panels for a project and met up with the showroom reps at in Whitehall to tour the showroom. We have some fun new ideas to start incorporating in our projects and possibly, a more streamlined way for a customers to shop online, or in-person for high quality plumbing and light fixtures that the big box stores just don’t offer!

This truly captivating masterpiece of a finished basement was a test of our team’s experience, grit, and ability to relay a vision to a family and earn their trust for an investment they could only foresee in renderings and plans.
