Full upgrade to client presentation rooms

Precast Concrete vehicle ramp assembly and installation went perfect on Friday morning at our Dulles Woods III project in Sterling VA to a new opening inside of the existing building as S-Works Construction moves towards project completion!

Working in the INOVA system of Healthcare Facilities for me as the Owner of S-Works Construction is not only a professional but also a personal victory. Those of you that know me just a little bit, know my story of the battle (surviving an AVM arterial Venous Malformation rupture intercranial) in coming back to a world of a very satisfying occupation in Commercial Construction. Coming back to that world disabled has been an eye-opening odyssey and a window on the human condition (good & bad). People cannot help but to pass judgement and question on you, and your value. I so enjoy letting people see my value at their own pace.

I owe so much to INOVA – Fairfax Hospital and the Neurotrauma staff of April 28th 2003 and the grace of God. It has been a solid 16 years since I set foot (rolled in from a life support unit) in this hospital as a patient. Now, we are building new space in the Hospital that saved me! Thank You INOVA IFMD Team Joan Dannemann, Mark Ehret, Paul Bucco, and Marina Wippel for seeing my / our value (as a Company) as a valued part of the INOVA Engineering / Construction effort!

We are excited to announce the completion of the LIDL / US-HQ Grocery Stores Executive offices located at 3500 S. Clark Street Arlington VA / 7th floor. This was partially occupied during the construction process. ALL disruptive work was done off-hours and with no disruption or interruption in building functionally with zero impact to the client. Project completed on time.

Project Details
-Class “A” finishes ALL Executive offices offer Glass Magnetic maker board writing surfaces integrated in.
-the new office walls as well as glass interior walls and glass office entry doors.
- ALL construction competed over existing raised floor.
