With 27 years in the pool industry, Jesse Folker has seen the building process from just about every angle.
He started from the ground up, learning every aspect of the build. He worked as an employee and later as a subcontractor for other pool builders, gaining firsthand experience not only in how pools were built, but in what homeowners were experiencing along the way.
Again and again, he heard the same frustrations: long build times, poor communication, inconsistent workmanship, and homeowners left wondering what was happening with their project.
At the same time, Jesse built a reputation for doing his part differently. Showing up, sticking to his word, completing his work when he said he would, and delivering quality that homeowners noticed.
When he eventually started his own company, he took everything he had learned and rethought the way pools were being built locally.
Better scheduling.
Better communication.
More control over the construction process.
Higher standards for the finished product.
Projects that once commonly stretched toward a year could be completed in a matter of months — even during COVID, when timelines across the industry were being pushed further and further out.
That experience became the foundation for the company homeowners know today, and it’s still shaping how we build every pool.
