Sometimes we have a small area and a large amount of drainlines. In this case, we knew where the driveway was going on this new construction home and ensured the drainlines wouldn’t get damaged by said driveway. So, we piped it under the future driveway to the other side. We had to install the full amount required by the Lee County Environmental Health’s permit one way or the other.
You never know what kind of soil you have until a soil map is produced. This is a large lot, but due to soil restrictions, this is the layout we had to go with.
For everyone who hasn’t had to have their drainlines replaced before, this is a perfect example of the amount of space that it can take up in your yard. This will be a 4 bedroom home, for reference.
We also would like to give a huge THANK YOU to this builder for trusting us for over 30 years of building forever homes for the citizens of Lee, Terrell and Dougherty County.
