From worn concrete to a clean, sealed, professional finish!

This project in Schertz, TX was completed by Surmac, Inc. using FasTrac CE440 Seal Coat — a two-component, moisture-tolerant, 100% solids epoxy coating designed for durability and chemical resistance. CE440 can be used as a primer for subsequent FasTrac epoxy systems or as a sealer for interior and exterior slabs, floors, foundations, and other horizontal concrete surfaces.

Big pours call for the right materials and a solid plan.

Fastrac NS Extended is our specially curated non-shrink cement grout mix, built for deep-pour jobs like large compressor skid fills, pedestals, l**e oil skids, and any cementitious grout over 8" deep. Our Fastrac Industrial team assesses the application and engineers a custom pre-extended mixture just for the job.

The bulk system makes it easy: we deliver half-cubic-yard super sacks pre-extended with pea gravel for smooth placement, and with the right mixing and pumping equipment, we can install up to 10 cubic yards per hour with a small crew.

We recently helped a customer fill a set of large pump bases needing 24 cubic yards of grout. With a complex site and a tight schedule, our team recommended the bulk system. We planned it out, staged everything ahead of time, held pre-grout meetings, and executed the pour safely and successfully.

For large rotating equipment foundations, conventional grout mixing can become a major bottleneck.
