I'm up on a ladder looking at a metal roof that's leaking so badly the water is running down the siding.
And underneath?
Nothing but 2Γ—4 purlins. πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ
No solid decking.
My recommendation?

βœ… Remove the metal. βœ… Install proper sheathing. βœ… Install an asphalt shingle roofing system.
I don't want a bunch of exposed screws and rubber washers being the only thing standing between my house and a water leak.

πŸ’― YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE WHO YOU USED TO BE!
Growing up in Garden City, Missouri, gave me memories I'll carry for the rest of my life.
But here's the thing…
Just because you were a piece of s**t yesterday doesn't mean you have to be one tomorrow! πŸ˜‚πŸ’―
We've all got a past.
We've all made mistakes.
It's what you do NEXT that matters!
I respect the hell out of somebody who recognizes where they went wrong and decides to become a better person.
THOSE ARE MY KIND OF PEOPLE! πŸ’ͺ❀️
Never stop growing.

I told this homeowner her house looked good!
Sure, the roof is starting to show its age. But that doesn't mean we need to run out and file an insurance claim.

Wait until the next hailstorm. Have it inspected. If there's damage, we'll go from there.
⚠️ But here's something homeowners NEED to understand.

Insurance companies are changing policies, and homeowners need to know what that means for their wallets.

πŸ’° It's starting to feel like a use-it-or-lose-it game.
Know your coverage before you need it!

πŸ‘πŸ’° DID YOU KNOW I CAN GET PAID AT CLOSING?

I'm inspecting a home that's part of a real estate transaction, and here's something worth knowing.

If there's repairs that need to be made before a house sells, I can take care of the work and get paid when the house closes! πŸ”¨

That means you don't necessarily have to come up with all that money upfront.

Something to think about, folks! πŸ’―
