🍂 5 things to add to your fall home wishlist!

☑️ A cozy fireplace for chilly evenings
☑️ A kitchen made for hosting
☑️ A space for game days and movie nights
☑️ A walk-in pantry for all your fall favorites
☑️ A covered deck for crisp fall mornings

Because fall is even better when you love where you come home to. 🤎

These might look like random kitchen photos… but hidden in plain sight is a little detail we include at NO additional cost! 👀

A built-in pullout for your trash can! Yep, we're talking about your trash.🗑️

We know it's probably not the first thing on your dream-home wishlist, but around here, we think the little things matter, too! No more sacrificing precious pantry space, squeezing your trash can beside the island, or trying to figure out where it belongs. Just a cleaner look, a more functional kitchen, and one less thing to worry about when you move in. 🙌

Here at SAB Homes, we think about the details...EVEN your trash can!

Color of the Month: Carter Plum💜

Carter Plum is a deep, velvety purple that brings warmth, richness, and a little drama to any space. It looks stunning on an accent wall, a front door, or cabinetry, and it pairs beautifully with warm neutrals, brass or gold accents, and crisp white trim. Bold without being overwhelming, it makes a home feel personal and inviting.

Which space would you paint in Carter Plum?
