The next generation of skilled trades starts HERE!

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of welcoming a group of 7th graders to One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning for a behind-the-scenes look at what we do!

We loved giving these students a tour, showing them a little of the HVAC world, and helping them see that there are so many exciting career paths beyond the traditional classroom.

Skilled trades keep our homes and communities running, and we’re proud to play a part in helping the next generation discover what’s possible.

As a family-owned business, investing in our community means more than just taking care of homes. It means showing up, sharing what we know, and encouraging the people who will shape our future.

Meet Ethan, our Master Installer, and his brother Boaz, our Apprentice Installer! These two work together to help bring comfort to homes throughout our community every day!

Ethan — Master Installer

Ethan joined our team on February 15, 2021, as part of an internship while completing his HVAC education. What started as an opportunity to gain hands-on experience has grown into a career with us, and today, he’s our Master Installer!

Boaz — Apprentice Installer

Boaz joined us on April 20, 2026, between his junior and senior years of high school. He’s getting a head start on learning the HVAC trade and gaining real-world experience as he works alongside our team.

We love having these brothers on the same team, learning from each other and helping keep our customers comfortable!
