This 3-car garage boasts a beautifully finished slab, achieved by injecting approximately 250 lbs of foam underneath to stabilize the floor and eliminate voids, and finished with a high-performance epoxy flake and Polyaspartic top coat.

This back patio had settled approximately 2.5 inches along the rear and side edges, creating a significant low spot in the center. The existing surface also had peeling paint and numerous cracks that detracted from its appearance and functionality.
KC Concrete Lifting Co. restored this patio by lifting the concrete back to its original elevation, repairing the surface cracks, and applying a premium hybrid flake coating that provides the beautiful look of natural stone. This garage floor started off 4" down on the side and had a 3" dip in the center. After lifting the garage back where it belonged we completed an epoxy coating with our Domino color flake. Each project took 1 day to complete.
