Sometimes you just gotta get in the thick of it to find that void.

08/07/2026

Newer homes aren't always immune to concrete settlement.

Many sunken driveways, sidewalks, and patios are caused by poorly compacted fill soil during construction. As the disturbed soil settles over time, voids form beneath the concrete, allowing it to sink.

✅ We repair settled concrete with high-density polyurethane foam that fills hidden voids, compacts loose soil, and lifts the concrete back to its original position—without the cost and mess of replacement.

This driveway is a perfect example of how concrete can be restored quickly and with long-lasting results.

If your driveway, sidewalk, or patio is settling, give KC Concrete Lifting Co. a call for a free estimate.

This back patio had settled approximately 2.5 inches along the rear and side edges, creating a significant low spot in the center. The existing surface also had peeling paint and numerous cracks that detracted from its appearance and functionality.
KC Concrete Lifting Co. restored this patio by lifting the concrete back to its original elevation, repairing the surface cracks, and applying a premium hybrid flake coating that provides the beautiful look of natural stone. To complete the transformation, the steps were coated with a durable urethanized acrylic coating for long-lasting protection and enhanced curb appeal.
From uneven and worn to level, protected, and beautiful—another successful concrete restoration by KC Concrete Lifting Co.
