We’ve been getting A LOT of rain lately! With all that water, it’s a good time to check on the concrete around your home.

Here are a few tips to help prevent sunken concrete:

• Make sure your gutters & downspouts direct water away from concrete
• Avoid standing water around your driveway, sidewalk or patio
• Keep an eye out for erosion, cracks or gaps
• Address drainage issues before they become bigger problems
• If you notice your concrete starting to sink, don’t wait!

That’s why every lift is backed by a 5-year warranty. While concrete can continue to settle naturally over time, if the slab we lifted drops during the warranty period, we’ll come back and re-lift it.
