When someone calls and says their plaster/cement ceiling cracked and separated, we respond fast for repair. Unfortunately,
12 hours was to late this time. The delaminated plaster fell over night and it left a major mess. If you’ve ever removed plaster or cement over lathe, you understand the struggle.
The decision was made to remove the entire kitchen ceiling. We installed new insulation, 2 layers of drywall 1/2” and 3/8” (to match thickness), finished and painted all. A messy project but well worth the effort in the end. Check it out!

More chimney work, not quite as extensive as the last. Removal of the failed mortar joints. Abrasive and chemically cleaned. Tuck pointed all removed joints. Sealed with new waterborne masonry sealer by SW. Check it out!

We have done so many jobs for this repeat client. This trip to Hamilton was to repair her rentals chimney. The brick was spawling badly, mortar joints missing everywhere. We made the decision to parge coat the entire thing. We took a brick sample to SW and had it matched in a solid masonry stain/sealer. Installed a new chimney cap to help keep the water out.

A quick trip back to the lake house to swap out a patio door. The old door was so hard to open our client couldn’t physically do it anymore. We fixed that with a new Pella sliding door. Check it out!

Back at our lake house fixing the garage door frame and trims(someone backed a car into it). Wall was resecured to the foundation, drywall patched, trims replaced and all painted to match the existing like it never happened. Check it out!

A complete tear off of the house lead to more of the same rotted decking. We sheathed the entire house with new osb and install new shingles to match the garage. Check it out!
