A house renovation in the Hamilton/Ross area is nearing completion. The project included installation of new vinyl plank flooring throughout. A complete repaint of all ceiling, walls and trims. We installed new interior doors handles, scraped and painted an exterior wall and are adding new powder coated aluminum railings to the exterior steps.
In the basment, we removed an outdated bathroom, installed a new floor drain and waterproofed the walls with drylock ultra in snowbound white(SW) for a clean,crisp look.

Working on a little front porch makeover. Removed the vinyl soffit materials. Installed new 1x6 beaded pine boards. We are wrapping the existing porch beam and all posts in cedar and staining everything to match. Stay tuned for the final pics coming soon.

Repeat client called with a garage ceiling issue. The texture was peeling off in sheets, tape hanging from the ceiling. A mess. We completely removed all the texture, patched everything. Taped and finished all the joints and applied a new stomped texture. Once dry, we sprayed new kilz2 to seal it up. Check it out!

A Large deck project is nearing completion in Lebanon. Over a thousand square feet of new structure added to the back of this home. We were tasked with salvaging all existing composite decking. Completely removing the old structure and building new. 5 ft wider in the front, 4 feet wider on the side. Removal of the deck was just in time as we discovered some pretty extensive water damage the sheeting beneath due to improper flashing and no moisute barrier present. This all had to be repaired first.
To accommodate the extra square footage we mixed decking to create a unique design. Timbertech (original decking) with new Dekorators Dark Slate as a picture frame and border. Oh and holy plugs! The new decking had to be screw fastend. We installed over a thousand color matched plugs to cover the screws. Whew!!
We’ve had some delays in getting our new cable railings but should have them soon and get this beauty wrapped all wrapped up. Stay tuned for final pics coming soon.

Finally the weather was nice enough to stain the cedar columns and porch ceilings at the home addition we finished up in January.

We covered an old concrete patio with new premium treated lumber on this mid-modern ranch home. What a transformation. The privacy wall helped to enclose the space and gives our client their own private backyard oasis. Next up, a colored concrete patio just off to the side and new wide stairs down to it.
