Next up in our Women in Construction Week spotlight series: Meet Hannah Castle, our administrative assistant!
After working part-time for ADCCO over the past several months, we were thrilled to add Hannah as a full-time employee in February. In this essential role, she supports projects, coordinates with team members and clients, and helps ensure operations run smoothly.
Growing up with both her dad and uncle in the trades and spending time around them working on and racing cars, Hannah learned early on the value of hard work, resilience, learning new skills, and working with your hands.
This upbringing led her to become a licensed cosmetologist. While cosmetology may be the "beauty industry," it requires planning, precision, rolling up your sleeves, and getting your hands a little dirty to achieve the final result—echoing the construction process. Along the way, Hannah also honed her skills in client care and time management, which are key to success in her current position.
Hannah shares:
"I’m blessed to be working in an industry that is close to my heart, having an impact on tangible aspects of the community, and learning new skills along the way. It's incredibly rewarding to see how our team works together to create things people use and rely on every day."
