Today we celebrate the heart, soul, and future of the company, Jason Mull.

We like to joke and say that Jason was born into this life of plumbing and didn't have much of a choice in the matter. The thing is...there's always a choice, and Jason is the type of man who always chooses to improve.
He is honest, dependable, steadfast and true. Always there when you need him, and always brainstorming a way to take something that is already great, and make it even better.

Whether it be leading worship as Pastor at RVBC, providing the love and guidance needed to shape 4 beautiful children into strong and capable adults, being a devoted husband, or running the best plumbing company in Wilson County...Jason handles it all with the desire to improve, and family at his core. He has more integrity than most do in their little finger, and we are proud to have him carry on the legacy of Steve Mull Plumbing.

For over 25 years he has been the driving force that helped shaped our company into what it is today. His work ethic is second to none, and the respect he's earned throughout the industry says everything about the kind of man he is.
Brian is more than just our lead technician... he's the reason why we can proudly say we provide quality you can count on.
Today might be his birthday, but we celebrate having him in our family every day.

Today we celebrate our extraordinary Office Manager, Leitte Mull.

She's your first point of contact when plumbing problems arise. When you hear the sunshine in her voice when she picks up the phone, you know you're in good hands.
She's the behind-the-scenes driving force that keeps things running smoothly. From scheduling, to payroll, sponsorships, marketing, and everything in between, Leitte is the magic that makes it happen.

At home, she pours her heart into her family and church, juggling school events, ball games, and sharing God's love with the community. (As if running the best plumbing company in Wilson County wasn't hard enough!)

Just kidding...
Over 40 years in business and this was a first. Today Brian and Jason loaded up the kayaks and repaired a leak that was inaccessible from land. We mean it when we say we are prepared to take on any job!

Today, our team completed the pre-rough-in walkthrough and reviewed the cabinet layouts. We begin every project with a detailed pre-rough-in inspection to ensure we have a clear understanding of the homeowner's vision and the final design objectives.

This proactive planning process allows us to identify potential design challenges early, coordinate efficiently with other trades, and ensure the plumbing system is properly engineered for the home's specific needs. Our goal is to provide reliable water volume and pressure while designing systems that not only meet but exceed current code requirements.

By focusing on quality, functionality, and long-term performance from the very beginning, we help ensure that every plumbing system we install will serve the homeowner efficiently and dependably for years to come.

Our customer was experiencing a leak in an aging galvanized water line, along with reduced water pressure caused by years of rust and mineral buildup. Our team excavated and installed a new water service line from the meter to the home, all in a single day from start to finish.

To ensure long-term protection, we also installed a sleeve where the line enters the crawl space, preventing contact with concrete and block surfaces that can cause wear over time.

The result: a leak-free system, improved water flow, and peace of mind for the homeowner. At Steve Mull Plumbing, we're committed to providing quality workmanship that lasts.
