‼️ Why Wellhead Heights Matter ‼️

This well casing was buried below ground level, which allowed surface water, mud, and other contaminants to enter the well system.

We raised the casing above grade and sealed it properly to meet state well construction standards, helping protect the water supply from contamination and runoff.

A properly installed wellhead is one of the simplest and most important ways to protect your drinking water.

Carter Services serves the Middle Tennessee area for all its water needs. We provide services such as water well drilling, well pump installation and service, water treatment and filtration services, and geothermal. We are looking for a full-time skilled laborer that is willing to learn and become part of a growing team and family. Our company is small with a great working environment and family-oriented values.

• General experience in the electrical, plumbing, or mechanical fields preferred but not required if candidate can demonstrate their willingness to learn, flexibility, and intelligence.
• Responsibilities include working alongside other employees to complete a variety of jobs in our service area, using a variety of tools and machines, preparing a job site, and cleaning up a job site. Skilled laborer will be working under seasoned employees to learn and grow in the water industry. Good communication skills are required along with honesty, punctuality, and a desire to learn.
• Work is mostly outside and on the road.
• Monday thru Friday 8 am to 5 pm with occasional overtime.
• Pay between $15 to $18 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.
• Pay frequency is weekly.

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience: Plumbing, Mechanical, or Electrical experience, 1 year (preferred but not required)
• Driver’s license. Must have own transportation and be on time.
• Able to lift heavy items (at least 100 pounds) and have good physical strength.
