UPDATE 🐞

We are so happy to share that Johnny is HOME! ♥️

He still has a road of recovery ahead of him, but he is doing well and we are incredibly thankful to have him home with his family.

Thank you doesn’t even begin to cover the amount of love, prayers, messages and support you all have sent our way over the last few days. We have felt every bit of it.

Boone clocked in at Ice Cream Paradise for a day. He should not have

He went up against an Ice Cream Paradise employee in a sundae showdown. 🥊🦝

He did not win… However he did somehow get a sundae named after him.🍨

Boone’s Trash Panda Sundae is live this week as their featured special! It has all the goodies in it like brownie pieces, waffle cone pieces, marshmallow, and chocolate syrup! 🍦🍫

Local businesses like this are why Boone County is worth showing up for. ♥️

On Saturday evening, Johnny was involved in a serious ATV accident.

For anyone who knows our family, you know that riding is one of our favorite things to do. It’s our happy place, which makes what happened Saturday incredibly hard to process.

By the grace of God, Johnny is alive, and right now that is what we are holding onto.

He has a long road ahead of him, and our family is taking things one day at a time. At this time, we are asking for prayers, positive thoughts, and lots of love for Johnny as he begins his recovery.

We are incredibly thankful for everyone who has already reached out, prayed for us, helped our family, and checked in. It means more than I can put into words.

We will share updates in the next few days and weeks. For now, please just keep Johnny in your prayers.

We could use a little extra love for our new friend, Snappy. 🐢❤️

Today, the City of Lebanon reached out to us about a snapping turtle that had been hit by a vehicle and was badly injured.

Our team was able to safely get Snappy and immediately transport him to Avian & Exotic Animal Clinic in Indianapolis so he could receive medical attention.

We don’t know yet what the outcome will be, but this tough little guy has already been through a lot today.

So if you’re the praying kind, the good-vibes kind, or just someone who loves wildlife, send a little something Snappy’s way tonight. ❤️

A huge thank-you to City of Lebanon for caring enough to make the call, and to Avian and Exotic Animal Clinic of Indianapolis for being there when animals like Snappy need help.

Come on, Snappy. We’re rooting for you. 🐢

Another woman’s success doesn’t take away from our own, it reminds us what’s possible. ❤️

That’s exactly why Jaclyn flew from Indianapolis to North Carolina to surprise her friend Valerie of Freedom Wildlife Solutions & Pest Control as she and her husband celebrated a huge milestone, the ribbon cutting for their very first building. Stephanie from Precision Pest & Wildlife Removal joined in on the surprise too, turning an already special moment into something even sweeter.

In an industry still largely dominated by men, there is something powerful about women choosing to show up for one another, celebrate each other’s wins, and genuinely want to see each other succeed.

Sometimes supporting another woman really does mean showing up from a few states away. ❤️🐞

Nothing like waking up to a raccoon enjoying breakfast on your balcony. 🥞🦝

Cute? Absolutely. A great sign? Not really. When they're this comfortable this close to your house, it's usually time to retire the bird feeder before they start scouting for a way into the attic.
