Yard expansion & granite retaining wall. What a mess I started with.

- 75 yards of firewood and brush hauled off site
- 22 stumps yanked out with my ripper tooth
- Holes filled and compacted
- Graded with fill, extended a gutter drain
- Cut out a 20x30 flat pad for a future garden
- Hauled in granite slabs to form a retaining wall
- Backfilled with stone & fabric
- Transplanted 38 hostas along the border
- Re graded the area with existing top soil from the garden area cutout

What a wide open Saturday it was! On site early and got right to it.

-4 tons of stone to fill along apron / pothole
-New compacted millings driveway
-Cut out and leveled an old pool base
-Hauled dirt out back, hauled new top soil in
-Brush mulching in the back an along fence line
-Pulled stumps that mower couldn’t grind down
-Smoothed out the area with pool dirt

100’ x 35’ Parking lot reno for this condo in Lebanon. Removing all collapsed asphalt which came to be almost 3 layers thick in some areas.

Installed 2 gutter drains, and rebased all the low areas. Then installed millings on top.

This customer saw we were doing the neighbors driveway and wanted hers done too. This also helped with mobilization costs.
