100’ x 35’ Parking lot reno for this condo in Lebanon. Removing all collapsed asphalt which came to be almost 3 layers thick in some areas.

Installed 2 gutter drains, and rebased all the low areas. Then installed millings on top.

Another job from summer of a millings install we did. We removed the middle hump of vegetation and installed 20 tons of material.

This customer saw we were doing the neighbors driveway and wanted hers done too. This also helped with mobilization costs.

We recently provided demolition services for this new gas station in Preston.

The property came with two loaded 40’ trailers full of debris, and the town wanted it out.

13 hours & 100 yards of trash later, we were all cleaned up an onto the next

Phase 4 of some community space revival all
taken care of!

We recently removed the old asphalt curb to make room for a new one. Hauled out material, avoided unmarked gas & electrical lines, exposed the ledge & banked it up with large rocks. We planted a Juneberry & placed 5 stone steps into place, and got the area ready for sod.

Also in this general area we installed karl forester grasses, cut out the hillside, and installed 7 large flat rocks to help with hillside access.

Down by the restaurants we installed over 80 different plants & trees, and we put in a natural fieldstone walkway.

Today we removed 3 trees, and some light brush to make room for a new shed.

We cut out 8 tons of top soil & installed a 22’ x 14’ pad. The customer chose millings to match the driveway, giving the shed a durable dry base.
