This property got a full makeover . New underground downspouts, all plants removed, mulch beds brought down 8-10” so water flows away from the foundation. We planted some of the bigger trees for the landscape plan. It’s ready for our friend at “The Rooted Archer” to install a bunch of native plants.

If you live in a neighborhood and wonder why no matter what you do, you can’t get your grass looking good consistently, here is why. Literally no topsoil under the sod. Clay, rock, construction debris, trash, and concrete chunks does not grow good grass. So we dug out 6-8” of trash dirt and added compost and topsoil, regraded the yard and laid new sod. This will be a very low maintenance yard come next season

We had a mess on our hands for this one but we cleaned it up, buried downspouts and sump line, and rebuilt the retaining wall. Topped it off with some decorative stone, pachysandra ground cover, and finish grading around it all.

This neighborhood got a fresh look. From grass to flower beds, stumps removed and new trees planted. This was a really fun project
