𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗳𝗮𝗹𝗹. 🍂🔥 Crisp air, a fire in the hearth, and an open view as the Midwest landscape begins to change.

At this remarkable custom home in , the screened-in outdoor living space feels every bit as considered as the rooms inside. A substantial stone fireplace, brick flooring, traditional lanterns, and warm, collected furnishings carry the home’s English influence outdoors, creating a setting that feels established, comfortable, and perfectly suited to the cozy autumnal days ahead.

𝗔 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝓬𝓵𝓪𝓼𝓼𝓲𝓬. ✨ A look at one of our favorite Overland Park projects, where timeless architectural details meet a polished, personal point of view.

A dramatic black-and-white marble checkerboard floor sets the stage beneath the sweeping curved staircase, while the powder room layers sculptural wallcovering, warm-toned fixtures, veined stone, and deep black tile into a beautifully tailored space that’s full of personality.

That balance of classic architecture and personal expression relies on thoughtful planning, exacting ex*****on, and a team that understands how every element works together.

One courtyard also offers a tucked-away place to settle in—bringing a welcome sense of privacy and pause to this thoughtfully composed entry sequence.

𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝘂𝘀 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝗮 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘄𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗱. 🥂 A cool, beautifully tailored retreat from the long-lingering summer heat, where rich millwork, dramatic black stone, and a softly illuminated w**e room create an inviting setting for evening gatherings and the slow mornings that follow.

At the heart of the open living space, the stone sweeps from the kitchen surfaces to a floor-to-ceiling bar wall, layered with glass shelving and flanked by custom herringbone doors. Warm wood ceiling insets, sculptural lighting, and generous seating balance its dramatic presence—creating a natural gathering place for unhurried weekends at home and the last golden moments of a summer spent with friends.
