Now Hiring: I own a local hardware install company. In Leander. We install door locks, bath hardware, cabinet hardware, and hang cabinets for several builders in the Austin market (SanMarcos upto Jarrell) . We have recently added Trophy homes, Risewell and Lennar homes. We install for about a dozen different builders.
I am looking for contract labor help. Someone who has construction experience and is looking for long-term work. Pay is based per job and paid weekly (as 1099 contract labor) . My current guys are making $65-95K range, and my part-time guys (3-4 days a week) earn $35-45k annually. OTJ training is paid, and it normally takes about a month to get our system down. Must be 18 years old, reliable transportation), tools (drill, level, hammer, basic hand tools), ability to work independently, You will need a general contractors insurance policyof 1 milliondollars(after training, cost averages $100-120 per month).
