H.L. Chapman is proud to participate in the 2026 Out of the Darkness Walk supporting the American Foundation for Su***de Prevention (AFSP).

Su***de is the 11th leading cause of death in the United States, and this event provides an opportunity to show support for those we have lost, those who struggle with mental health challenges, and their families.

As we recognize Construction Su***de Prevention Week, this cause is especially meaningful within our industry. In construction, mental health is just as important as physical safety. In fact su***de rates among construction workers remain higher than many other professions. Awareness, support, and open conversations can make a difference.

Whether you're an employee, family member, friend, customer, or community supporter, we'd love you to join our team and stand with us in support of this important cause.

From Elite Recipient to Elite Graduate 🎓

Back in March, we had the honor of recognizing Cameron Heard as one of the select recipients chosen for Quanta's prestigious Elite Program. Today, we're proud to celebrate the successful completion of this year-long journey.

The Quanta Elite Program is designed to recognize and develop the best of the best across Quanta's operating companies, providing advanced leadership training, mentorship, networking opportunities, and professional growth. Being selected is a tremendous accomplishment in itself, and completing the program is a testament to Cameron's dedication, leadership, and commitment to excellence.

Following our recent recognition of Good Catch winners from the Tallgrass SIRE West Project in Nebraska, we're proud to announce another winner. Brayden also earned a YETI cooler for submitting a quality good catch and demonstrating an outstanding commitment to safety.

Partnerships for Children Back-to-School Supply Drive

We are proud to have participated in a Back-to-School Supply Drive benefiting Partnerships for Children, an incredible organization that supports children in CPS care throughout Central Texas.

Each year, Partnerships for Children provides more than 1,000 backpacks filled with school supplies to children in foster care, helping them start the school year with the tools they need to succeed and the confidence that comes from being prepared.

I recently had the privilege of visiting their facility, and I was truly inspired by the work they do. While this drive focused on school supplies, their impact extends far beyond the classroom. They provide essential items such as car seats, diapers, clothing, toys, bags, and other necessities, ensuring caseworkers have access to resources for children who often arrive with very little or nothing at all.

The need is heartbreaking, but the compassion, dedication, and care shown by this organization are nothing short of remarkable. Their work would not be possible without the support of donors, volunteers, and community partners who come together to make a difference.

A heartfelt thank you to OUR AMAZING EMPLOYEES who donated and helped make this drive a success. Every contribution, no matter the size, helps provide comfort, stability, and hope to a child in need.

A big shoutout to Noah and Alberto for winning a YETI cooler from Tallgrass! Their commitment to safety and attention to detail led to quality catches being submitted on the Tallgrass SIRE West Project in Nebraska.

Their good catches demonstrate the importance of staying alert, identifying potential hazards, and looking out for one another. Thank you for helping build a stronger safety culture every day!

💙🎄 This past Saturday, HL Chapman was honored to support the Leander Police Department's annual Christmas in July fundraiser benefiting the Blue Santa Program, a cause that is very near and dear to our hearts.

This year's celebration featured a full day of family-friendly activities, including vendor booths, face painting, and a pizza contest, followed by an evening fundraiser. The event was a wonderful reminder of the impact that can be made when a community comes together to support its neighbors.

HL Chapman was proud to contribute to the day's festivities by sponsoring the face painting booth and providing volunteers to support both events. Thank you to everyone who came out to support Blue Santa's mission of providing toys, clothing, household essentials, and other much-needed items to local families during the holiday season.

We are grateful to be part of a community that cares so deeply for one another and look forward to continuing our support of this incredible program. ❤️💙
