Completed in 2026, and located in San Antonio, Morningside Ministries’ Kaulbach Pavilion Assisted Living, Healthcare Resort Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, and four new small-house nursing, Green House® Homes offer new opportunities to make a difference in the lives of Meadows campus residents.
Located on the upper floor of Morningside’s first facility, built in 1960, the fully renovated Kaulbach Pavilion provides residents with a wide range of activities and services, including Alzheimer’ and Dementia care support. Located in a brand-new addition, the Healthcare Resort now offers skilled short-term nursing and rehabilitation services to 24 residents.
The four new Green House® Homes, in association with The Green House® Project and AgingIN, create a real home for 12 residents each, with private rooms surrounding a country kitchen and adjoining dining and living rooms. The Green Houses offer a resident-centered care model, with cross-trained care professionals that provide support, cook meals, clean and build strong relationships: creating a true home for Morningside’s most long-term residents.
