Not every project is a major renovation, but every detail matters.

This home is getting ready to hit the market, and we helped take care of the details that make a difference.

We replaced a sticking, inoperable deadbolt with a new keypad lock, improving security, convenience, and giving the entry a clean updated look.

We've also completed balcony railing repairs and exterior paint touch-ups on this home in the past to help get it market-ready.

New Entry Door Installation Completed

Just wrapped up a full exterior door replacement.

✔ New pre-hung entry door installation
✔ Proper shimming, leveling, and fastening for long-term performance
✔ New lockset and hardware installation
✔ Weather-tight fit and operation adjustments

We'll be returning soon to complete painting and install a new storm door to finish off the project.

A properly installed entry door does more than improve curb appeal, it enhances security, energy efficiency, and protection from the elements.

Another leaning fence repaired here in Round Rock this weekend.

With all the wind and storms lately, I’m seeing a lot of fences starting to lean or loosen up around the neighborhood. Most of the time they can be repaired before they turn into a full replacement.

You know the line…

“I know a guy who can do it cheaper.”

Sometimes that works out.
Other times the craftsmanship looks like it was installed during a mild earthquake.

I’ll drop a few recent “budget special” finds in the comments.

One thing I’ve learned over the years:
Cheaper usually ends up being more expensive.
