You can’t win over every customer, every neighbor, or every spouse who’s already decided they don’t like the look of the bald Hispanic guy with tattoos before you even open your mouth Some people are just closed-off, insecure, or straight-up prejudiced. Trying to bend over backwards for them for what ? To make them comfortable is a waste of time and energy. We need to pick out customers better .
Keep doing the work clean, show up on time, price it fair, and stand behind it. The ones who matter will notice the results. The rest can stay mad. And threaten you with bad review Their opinion doesn’t pay the bills or define the quality of what you put out.
