*Weeks Wednesday Employee Spotlight* For almost 10 years, Melinda has been a valued part of our Customer Service Department, and one thing has remained constant throughout her time at Weeks, her genuine passion for helping others. ❤️
In fact, one of the biggest influences on Melinda’s career path goes all the way back to elementary school. A special shoutout to Mrs. Glasgow, who taught Melinda an important lesson that she has carried with her throughout her life: there is a special joy and good feeling that comes from helping others. What a beautiful lesson to carry forward! 💕
Anyone who works with Melinda knows she brings that same spirit to our office every day. Her coworkers describe her as friendly, funny, caring, big-hearted, spunky, and an all-around beautiful person. She truly has a way of making the people around her smile and feel welcome. 😊
When Melinda isn't helping customers, you might find her getting creative with one of her favorite hobbies, jewelry making! 💎 She is incredibly talented at working with beads and creating unique pieces. We love seeing that creative side of her!
Outside of work, Melinda enjoys spending time with her husband and their cat, who bring them both so much joy. 🐱❤️ When they are not laughing at their cat chasing a toy or playing around the house, you can find them enjoying a football game or watching NASCAR together. Melinda proudly cheers for the Chicago Bears, and when it comes to NASCAR, her favorite driver is Denny Hamlin. 🏁 Melinda and her husband also enjoy trying different restaurants, but her all-time favorite is BJ’s, thanks to the incredible variety of choices and, of course, the consistently great service!

One of Bryson’s standout skills is his amazing customer service and people skills. He has a natural ability to connect with customers, make them feel comfortable, and provide an experience that goes beyond simply getting the job done. We’re lucky to have someone who genuinely cares about the people he serves!
When Bryson isn’t at work, he loves spending time with his wife and child. As a family, they enjoy playing pickleball and fishing, making memories both on and off the court (and hopefully catching a few fish along the way! 🎣🏓).

*Weeks Wednesday Employee Spotlight* For 21 years, Donald has been an important part of the Weeks family, playing a pivotal role in our Electrical Department. His extensive knowledge and experience in the electrical field make him an incredibly valuable member of our team, but it’s his genuine care for people and ability to build strong relationships that truly set him apart.
Donald grew up in Galveston, where he developed a love for being on the water and fishing at an early age. His father was a tremendous influence in his life and career, always encouraging him and pushing him to become the man he is today. That guidance clearly made an impact, and Donald has carried those values throughout his career.
When Donald isn’t working, you can usually find him fishing, hunting, or spending time outdoors. He and his wife also share a special passion for rescuing and rehabilitating wildlife, something that speaks volumes about their caring hearts. ❤️
Donald and his wife also know how to enjoy the good life! They love trying great food, relaxing together, and spending time in their pool. After all… who doesn’t love a good “Grill & Chill”?! 😎🔥🏊‍♂️
One of Donald’s favorite holidays is the Fourth of July, because it gives him the perfect opportunity to spend time with family and friends, share stories, enjoy good food, and make memories together.
