Our client wanted us to add a little pop of color to this area that was just grass.

We planted three Tuscarora Crape Myrtles that will be blooming soon, four Peggy Martin roses on trellis, purple and white Salvia, Agapanthus, Mandevillas, Drift Roses and a mix of other color.

I hope this brings them and you joy.

The hummingbirds are coming!! These dates may vary by a week or so and sightings are already being reported in the Red Zone (Florida and the Gulf Coast). If you have are in the Yellow Zone (Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia), you should be getting their feeders ready this week! 🙌

When I designed this clients landscape in the spring it was with the intention I could get a pop of color tall enough from the flowerbed below the pool to add some color above on the decking. These copper plants have been a wonderful addition.

Bonus: The beautiful dinner plate hibiscus in FULL bloom in November! 🌺

It’s taken all summer for my bougainvillea to come back from the freeze. 🩷
