Our landscape management branch serves the Maryland region including the cities of Gaithersburg, Rockville, Bethesda, Laurel and Silver Spring, as well as Howard and Montgomery Counties, and offers the following services: grounds management/contract services;
design and landscape enhancement; turf care; irrigation system management; pond and lake management; arbor care; snow and ice management; and holiday decorations. Our landscape construction branch serves Maryland, Delaware and Pennsylvania and provides estimating and pre-construction services; installation of landscape, hardscape, and special decorative structures; irrigation and water management; and turnkey project management.

What I love about working in the field of horticulture is the satisfaction of looking at the finished product. The impact of the before and after on projects is so rewarding to me. My advice to young women in the industry is to know your value. We almost have to try harder to be seen, and most of us probably feel the need to prove ourselves. There are so many opportunities if you're willing to nurture, be creative, and work hard.

I don't think I can pick a favorite plant or flower. Right now, I have started some dinner plate dahlias at home and I'm so excited to have the cut flowers later in the season! I love plants that have a dual purpose, especially when it comes to cut flowers.
