You know that smell outside that makes you stop and go, “What is that?” 😬

Sometimes it’s just the summer heat.
Sometimes… it’s your sewer line trying to get your attention.

Sewage odors.
Soggy spots in the yard.
Slow drains.
Random gurgling noises.

These can all point to a bigger issue underground. And the longer it sits, the worse (and more expensive) it usually gets.

Your house has ways of warning you before things turn into a full-blown disaster.

Unfortunately, sometimes that warning smells terrible.

Summer is basically one long test for your plumbing. 💧😅

Dishwasher’s running nonstop.

Somebody’s always in the shower.

Sprinklers are going. Towels are everywhere.

And somehow the washing machine never gets a day off.

This is when small plumbing issues suddenly become very obvious.

If your water pressure feels off, your drains are slowing down, or your water heater seems tired… your house is trying to tell you something.

Summer uses a lot more water than most people realize.
