Okay Lawrence County, to address all of the false rumors that keep re-surfacing:

We were victims of fraudulent, predatory lending and our certificate of ownership expired. We have began the process of applying for an updated certificate to display above our counter.

It hit us in a very hard way! I’m not going to put how much, but it was plenty!

We have also, as many local businesses do, had a lot of PREVIOUS employee theft.
I could name so many names, but I just want to look forward, towards the Lord for His guidance.

We’ve got a lot of talent, our current employees are absolutely terrific!!!
(We have performed random drug testing for quite some time now and will not tolerate any failed tests!)

I am placing my trust in the Lord to lead me through this time.

Psalms 37:21 reads
21 “The wicked borroweth, and payeth not again: but the righteous sheweth mercy, and giveth.”

We like to be the latter part of that verse. We have no intentions of reflecting the first part of that verse.

We will continue to be the best we can be and trust in the Lord to lead us through this time.

In the last twelve years, we’ve had over 35 Exmarks stolen from us, I wouldn’t lie to the insurance company on several of them about “no forced entry”, so we’ve eaten a lot of theft….more than many would believe. Others just simply “disappeared”…..

I try to treat everyone the way I would want to be treated. Unfortunately, it’s not reciprocated. No, I have not fled the country nor have I been arrested for any kind of fraud. This county needs more to do than talk about rubbish.

We have no intentions of giving up.

We have no intentions of running a dishonest business.

We pay every employee on the books and that is very hard to compete when we do that and others do not. We have to compete with many businesses who pay small amounts “on the books” and the rest of their employee’s pay in cash, in order to avoid paying very large workman’s composition insurance premiums, as well as unemployment insurance and general liability. Too many businesses are paying this way in order to supply a so called “valid certificate of insurance”…..or they simply pay “cash under the table”. We know this because we ask many of other people’s employees!
This is insurance fraud and a felony. It also leads to income tax evasion.

We have been working very hard to get past this time of affliction and we will continue to do so, by trusting in Him!!!

I appreciate everyone’s support.
I would also appreciate anyone not to spread false rumors.

I find it very difficult to understand how so many people even have the time to waste on here.

I’m posting this because I’ve heard enough garbage talk. If you don’t know something, then don’t say it.
This has gone on long enough.

I post maybe three times a year, because I have work to do. This needed to be addressed.
