West Point Rd Resto-Mod Complete! Check out the before/in between pics at the end. This was a very challenging but rewarding project and so glad we got the opportunity to bring this amazing families vision to life! We started out with a 101 year old house with 3,000 sq ft and ended up with a beautiful home with 5,000 sq ft conditioned and right over 8,000 sq ft under roof counting the detached garage!
This home has way too much to mention everything- two story deck over looking a beautiful lake- beautiful front porch- double kitchens- main downstairs- additional upstairs, Brazier’s Cabinets and Floors cabinets with some quartzite from Greenhill Monument & Countertops sitting on top! Flooring and tile from Lawrenceburg Flooring & Supply Co. with some Perry Properties LLC tile work- the building package from Parkes Lumber Co. made it all possible!
This project took 100s of hard workers and I couldnt be more thankful for all the help along the way. Thanks to all the subs who made it possible. Always a huge shout out to all the Tennekee guys who worked very hard for quite some time to see this thing through!
