Holy rocky Monday!

We installed an underground branch circuit to a remote deck structure. I regret hand digging/rock breaking this one…

We also corrected some interior wiring and extended a garage circuit to a workbench.

I have blisters today, but I’ll sleep good tonight.

💡 Two new lights. One hidden problem.👇

We were called to install two outdoor fixtures above a homeowner’s garage doors. Before our visit, the homeowner mentioned that their own testing suggested one fixture might have a power issue.

That heads-up led to a discovery behind the wall.

Through continuity testing, insulation testing, and tracing the wiring, we narrowed the problem down to a damaged section of cable. Once we opened the garage wall, we found the cause: a nail had pierced and severed the cable—leaving the second light without power and a hidden fire hazard.

We replaced the damaged section of wiring and installed a readily accessible junction box in the garage attic, then completed the fixture installation.

✨ A brighter exterior. A hidden hazard addressed. And peace of mind that goes beyond curb appeal.

On my birthday, I have gotten so many friends,family and acquaintances reach out to me. It makes me wonder though…. Why do I not make a better effort to show love to all of the people in my life. I forget about so many great people each year. It makes me sad. I want to make it a point to interact with everyone I care for this next year.
