Honda set to Reclaim Fastest Lawn Mower Record!

After claiming the worlds fastest lawn mower record in 2014 with the VTR1000 engined "Mean Mower", Honda is now back to reclaim this title from the current Norwegian record holder. He stuffed a small-block V8 in a Viking T5 mower, taking the record speed from 116 mph to 133 mph.

Honda now has developed a new Mean Mower using the engine from the CBR1000SP! With a claimed 190 hp and 440 lb dry weight, the unit will be featuring Traction control. ABS and an Anti lift system to prevent wheelies! And, according to the developer, "this time, there is no reason why you shouldn't be able to mow the lawn at 100 mph" ! 😉
