Our local dentist office had a cavity 🦷 🤕 in their condenser coil causing the front of the office to reach uncomfortable temperatures for their patients doctors and techs. Thanks for the call stay cool 😎

We didn’t know then what we know now.

For all the bubble wrap enthusiasts out the (we used to use it too). We use r6 FSK wrap. It barely has an r value and it melts at high temperatures as you can see. It’s rated for 250 degrees only.

All it takes is one idiot to remove the high limit switch and the fire dept shows up.

Imagine if the blower motor happened to go out?

This 88k single stage was zoned with (2) 12” dampers

The installing / maintenance contractor passed away. Who you gonna seek compensation from as a homeowner if your house burns down?

Never had so many red tag comments to list
