Just because your roof isn't leaking doesn't mean it wasn't damaged by a storm.
Wind damage often lifts or loosens shingles without causing an immediate leak. Months later, that hidden damage can turn into a much bigger problem.

If your roof can be repaired properly and still has life left in it, that’s exactly what we’re going to tell you. We’re not here to push a full replacement when a dependable repair will do the job.

But, while we’re out here keeping things moving, please continue to keep my husband Joseph Branham in your prayers. 🙏 He’s still in the hospital and in a good bit of pain, but hopefully being discharged home today so we can get him more comfortable 🤞

We truly appreciate everyone who has reached out, checked on us, prayed for him, and sent well wishes. It means more to us than you know. 🧡

🏠 Not every roof needs to be replaced! Let me say it again... NOT EVERY ROOF NEEDS TO BE REPLACED‼️

One thing we’ve always believed is that if your roof can be repaired, we’re going to tell you that!

A leak, missing shingles, storm damage, or another problem doesn’t automatically mean you need to spend thousands of dollars on a brand-new roof. Sometimes a repair is all it takes to get several more good years out of the roof you already have.

We do full roof replacements every day, but we also specialize in repairs. We’re not going to try to sell you a new roof just because we can... We’ll take a look, explain what we find, and give you our opinion on what actually makes sense for your home.

And when the time does come that a replacement is the better option, we’ll be honest about that too.

That’s how we’d want someone to treat our family, and that’s how we try to treat yours. 🧡

Keep tree limbs trimmed away from your roof!

Overhanging branches can:
✔️Scratch and damage shingles

✔️Drop debris that holds moisture

✔️Provide easy access for squirrels and other critters

A little tree maintenance here and there can really help extend the life of your roof!

Do you know what wind damage actually looks like on your roof? 💨🏠

A lot of people think if they don’t have shingles missing or laying in the yard after a storm, then their roof is fine. That’s not always the case!
Wind can lift shingles and cause them to crease or break the seal without completely blowing them off. Sometimes the damage isn’t obvious at all, especially from the ground.

These pictures are a good example of what wind damage can look like. Look for shingles that are lifted, creased, cracked, missing, or just don’t seem to be laying flat like the rest.

If we’ve had strong winds in your area and you’re not sure about your roof, don’t climb up there yourself! Give us a call and we’ll be happy to come take a look. Our roof and storm damage inspections are FREE, and if everything looks good, we’ll tell you that too!
