🔥 Frederick, MD Deck Project Complete 🔥
This project came with a challenge. Due to the steep slope in the backyard, the homeowner was concerned about where the stairs would land and how everything would tie together safely and look right.
After working through a few design options, we came up with a solution that included two stair runs with a center landing, allowing the stairs to follow the grade naturally while providing comfortable access to the yard. We also installed a concrete landing pad at the bottom to create a clean and durable transition.

Another deck brought back to life ✅

We recently completed a full deck resurface using the existing structure making necessary repairs where needed and reinforcing it for long-term durability.

This project was all about transforming an old wood deck into a low-maintenance, modern outdoor space:

• Trex Enhance in Honey Grove for a clean, warm finish
• White PVC railing with 2x2 square balusters
• Added support posts to strengthen the structure
• Leveled the deck for a proper, solid feel
• Custom double gate with special-order latch & hinges (built to client preference)
• New 2-step stair access
