Another big step checked off the list—roof going on! 🔨

Getting everything sealed up and weather-tight so the inside work can keep moving forward. This is where a house really starts to feel like a home. There’s nothing like seeing a structure really start to take shape once the roof is on.

Quality materials, attention to detail, and a team that shows up ready to get it done right every time.

We’re one step closer to turning this into someone’s dream home. Stay tuned… It only gets better from here.🏡

We are thankful for the warmer weather & sunshine! Allura siding going up on one of our custom build homes!

Allura siding (similar to Hardie siding) is a popular exterior cladding for homes because it looks like wood but is much more durable and low-maintenance.

Main benefits:
Very durable – resists rot, insects, and weather
Fire-resistant – non-combustible
Low maintenance – holds paint longer than wood/vinyl
Realistic wood look – grain textures and lap styles
Good for humid climates (like West TN)

Our skid steer stays busy doing a little bit of everything — dirt work, house pads, fine grading, lot cleanup, demolition, and occasionally snow removal.

If you have a project coming up and need an extra hand, just reach out.
