☀️ Keep Your Pool Crystal Clear All Summer Long! 🏊‍♂️✨
Peak summer heat is here, and your pool pump needs to work extra hard to keep that water sparkling. Here is a quick guide to running your pump efficiently during the high heat:
The 10° Rule: A good rule of thumb is to run your pool pump 1 hour for every 10°F of outside temperature.
Peak Summer Run Time: When we hit extreme temperatures, aim for 12-hour daily run times to ensure proper filtration and circulation.
Salt Pool Heads-Up: Salt cells can struggle to keep up with high chemical demand in our intense desert climate, and extreme heat can quickly overwork them. You may need to run your system longer or supplement with standard chlorine to maintain the right balance.
Stay cool, keep that water moving, and enjoy your swim! 💧🌊.
