Throwback to 2005 ✨

This home was designed in 2005, and it still holds up beautifully today.

Even back then, we were focused on pushing material choices and custom details. The glowing copper ceiling, the cascading waterfalls running down the stone fireplace, and the sculptural custom fire feature were all part of the original design. The layered lighting and rich textures were intentional choices we made to create warmth and drama in the space.

It’s a great reminder of how our approach to materials and craftsmanship has always been a core part of our work.

Still love walking into this one.

Love Jobsite Visits!

Stopped by one of our client’s homes the other day and honestly… every single angle feels like a postcard. ✨

From this stunning covered patio overlooking the Summit golf course all the way to the Las Vegas Strip in the distance, the views, the architecture, the light… it’s pure beauty no matter where you stand.

We’re so incredibly blessed to design spaces like this and get to experience them with our clients. Grateful every single day.

Considerate Layering! 🏡

Stopped by one of my favorite houses today for a jobsite visit and had to capture this shot.

Layers of rich materials and thoughtful lighting create beautiful depth as one space flows seamlessly into the next. The striking black starburst chandelier draws the eye, while the sleek marble island and custom bar seating open into the kitchen with warm wood tones and soaring paneled ceilings. Sophisticated, inviting, and perfectly balanced for living and entertaining. ✨🍷

Hillside Magic!

Loving how this MacDonald Highlands hillside masterpiece is coming together! From the massive glass walls and open framing to the incredible panoramic views that hit you from every level, morning sunrises over the valley or evening lights glowing across the Strip. Fire over Water! 🔥 💦

Dramatic fire strips by CSG ascend the towering stone wall behind cascading water features, creating a mesmerizing play of light and flame in this grand living space. Just beyond, the breakaway doors by Western fully retract, seamlessly connecting the interior to the twinkling Las Vegas Strip glowing in the distance. A view from above that we rarely get to see, yet it reveals just how beautiful this custom desert oasis truly is. Those massive cantilevered covers float effortlessly over the patios, the long linear fire pits line the pool like glowing ribbons, and the angled windows carve through the home with striking precision. From up here, the seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living becomes even more breathtaking. Pure architectural harmony in the desert. 🔥🏡
