DesignCell Architecture was established in 2007 by Kastytis Cechavicius, NCARB, LEED AP and Scott Brown, NCARB, licensed Architects in the State of Nevada. Both founding Principals have acquired an extensive award-winning portfolio of work by having worked for reputable architecture firms in Southern Nevada prior to establishing their own practice. ure firms in Europe and Asia prior to making Las Vegas his home in 1994. The firm Principals have contributed to major projects including the City of Las Vegas City Hall early conceptual phase, Konami Gaming Corporate Headquarters, WMS Corporate Headquarters, and Clark County School District’s, Miley Achievement Center for Special Needs Students. Eglet Advocacy Center, numerous hotels for Marriott, Hilton, and InterContinental Hotel Group, JS Products and Windmill Office buildings, as well as specialty retail such as Michael Kors and Pal Zileri. DesignCell is a creative, contemporary architectural practice based in Las Vegas, Nevada with an additional office in Vilnius, Lithuania. DesignCell forges close collaborative relationships with clients with the goal of creating budget-conscious, yet distinctive designs that express their specific needs and identities. DesignCell has five LEED Accredited Professionals and offers a full range of services from site planning and conceptual design to construction drawings and administration. The firm utilizes AutoCad, Revit and 3D modeling, enabling the firm to work on all size projects, while providing clients with the personal service they deserve. The firm’s practice currently extends to the following states: AZ, CA, CO, MD, NV, ND, OH, OR, TX, UT, and WA.
