Earlier this month, Opatril Concrete Construction, Inc welcomed Retti’s Director of Customer Success, Billy Bishop, onsite to get dialed in for the season ahead.

From owners to project managers, supervisors, and foremen, everyone was at the table.

The focus?

Getting scheduling and workforce planning locked in before things ramp up.

We worked through:
• The realities of pouring concrete in extreme winter climates
• Coordinating tight schedules where everything depends on everything
• Scaling operations without adding chaos

Another successful onsite Retti implementation with Midwest Poured Walls, Inc. out of Omaha, Nebraska.

In concrete, keeping crews, concrete orders, pumps, inspections, and job readiness aligned in real time is what separates smooth days from constant fire drills.

That’s exactly what we worked through onsite this week.

Huge thank you to Neil Hoebelheinrich for driving this forward, and to Steve Steffen, Shane Davis, Neil Curtis, and James Vega for the time, effort, and all-hands approach to getting Retti up and running.

The Midwest Poured Walls team showed what it looks like when a group is aligned, engaged, and committed to improving how they operate across the field and the office.

The Retti team wrapped up our Wisconsin trip with a couple of days in Green Bay alongside the Absolute Concrete, LLC team, pups included.

Special shout out to Brady Zellner, Nate Vernig, Daniel Fenton, Adam Esser, and Cody Kreitzer for the engagement and hospitality. It was great spending time with the crew and digging into the operational efficiencies they’re working to implement across their business. There’s always a lot to learn from teams that are serious about tightening their processes and continuously improving how work gets done.

And of course, while in Green Bay, we had to make a stop at Lambeau Field to take in a little Packers history.

Go Pack Go.

Last week, Billy Bishop kicked off a Wisconsin trip visiting customers on-site, starting with Zirbel Concrete.

We spent time with Brent Zirbel and the team, including the legendary Momma Z, walking through a few workflows and identifying opportunities to streamline operations and tighten things up across the board.

There’s nothing better than getting boots on the ground with crews who live these operations every day. Those conversations consistently lead to the most practical improvements and real operational clarity.

Big thanks to the Zirbel team for the hospitality. We're excited to see the new office digs once everything is wrapped up.

We want to thank J B Esker & Sons, Inc for welcoming us on site as Billy Bishop helped implement Retti across their Residential and Commercial divisions. It was great to learn the history behind the J.B. Esker brand and family, and to partner with them as they move into the next phase of their operations.

We are looking for a Technical Customer Success Manager to lead onboarding and work hands on with concrete contractors as they implement Retti into their day to day operations.

This role is deeply consultative. You will learn and apply industry best practices, facilitate discovery workshops, design custom workflows, translate real world field operations into the platform, and ensure teams are set up for long term success beyond initial go live.

And that’s a wrap for Retti’s first year at World of Concrete 🎬 🎉

So many great conversations, real stories, and a lot of head nodding around the broken communication, lack of accountability, and constant fire drills concrete teams deal with every day.

We’re incredibly grateful for the turnout. It reinforced just how real and widespread this need is across the industry.

Huge thank you to everyone who stopped by, asked questions, and shared how they’re running operations today. We had an absolute blast.
