Our latest ground-up industrial project is wrapping up in the Southwest Las Vegas market.

Located at 6161 Mohawk Street, this new 33,392-square-foot industrial building is being delivered as a grey shell, giving future occupants the flexibility to create a space that fits their operation.

The building features a generous warehouse layout with 25-foot clear heights, ample power capacity, dock-high and grade-level loading, and modern ESFR fire protection.

Designed with efficiency, flexibility, and growth in mind, this project is another example of how NDL Group turns a vision on paper into a finished building ready for business.

If you’ve driven by lately, you’ve probably noticed the newly installed permanent signage for Savers, now prominently displayed just west past Rainbow on Spring Mountain Road.  With the tenant sign contractor’s work complete, the future store location is becoming impossible to miss.

As the old song goes, “Signs, signs, everywhere there’s signs...” — and in this case, they’re announcing something exciting for the community. Construction continues with site clean up and completing the interior remodel.  Each milestone brings Savers one step closer to opening its doors.

The finishes are what truly bring a project together, and our Class A office project at Town Square Las Vegas is starting to reflect the final vision. Seeing these details come together is rewarding.

Flooring and base installation will continue throughout the space, ceiling tiles are set to be installed, and plumbers will begin installing fixtures in the break room. Each finishing touch is adding to the overall look and feel of the project as we work toward completion.

It was an incredible opportunity to showcase this completed 7.48-acre commercial office warehouse and distribution yard, strategically positioned with convenient interstate access to strengthen and streamline Eagle Roofing Products’ distribution capabilities throughout the Southwest.

Developed and constructed by NDL Group, the new pre-engineered metal office warehouse facility was designed to support Eagle Roofing Products’ continued growth and operational efficiency for years to come.
