Building Marble Manor starts with building relationships within the Historic Westside community. 🏗️🤝

We had the opportunity to connect with local subcontractors who live and operate in the Historic Westside, many of whom are excited for the chance to help build within the same community they grew up in, work in, and love.

As we move forward with Marble Manor, our goal is to create opportunities for local businesses to participate in the growth happening right in their own backyard.

We kicked things off at the Northern Nevada CREDA Breakfast, connecting with industry leaders and hearing more about what’s ahead for the region.

Then it was time for a little friendly competition! Kalb Construction hosted a Happy Hour at X-Golf, bringing together industry professionals for golf, great conversations, and even better connections.

Another project officially complete! We’re proud to have delivered Marion D. Bennett Plaza Phase II, a 59-unit senior living community in the Historic Westside of Las Vegas.

🎣 Kalb gone fishing!

The Kalb team headed north to Eagle Nook, Canada for our annual fishing trip! It was the perfect chance to escape the desert heat, get out on the water, and catch up outside of the craziness of our day-to-day.

We caught some fish, cruised the waters, shared plenty of laughs, and made some great memories along the way. 🎣🌊
