POV: When someone asks why you go to work and the answer is… “I’m broke.” 😂

It’s always a little embarrassing when people realize we show up to work because we need money. 😅

But in all seriousness, the paycheck is just the reward.

We do what we do because we love transforming homes, solving problems, and bringing our clients’ visions to life. The satisfaction of a job well done will always mean more than the paycheck.

If we had to do it all over again, we’d still choose construction. 🏡🔨

🚨 “I work under a GC” is not the same as being a GC.

In Nevada, you’re either a licensed General Contractor—or you’re not. There is no working under someone else’s license and claiming the title.

Jessica has spent her entire life earning the experience, knowledge, and credentials to lead projects from start to finish. That’s why when she’s on the jobsite, she calls the shots.

Before hiring a contractor, ask who is actually responsible for your project. Who holds the license? Who is accountable when something goes wrong?

The difference matters more than most homeowners realize.
