Fresh paint Original character A whole new feel 🏡✨

You’ve seen the kitchen, now here’s a look at the interior refresh we completed at this Las Cruces Rental!

We refreshed the walls, doors, window trim, and baseboards, bringing a clean, cohesive look throughout the home while keeping its beautiful natural wood floors and classic details. 🎨🔨

Sometimes, giving a home new life starts with taking care of what’s already there.

The final pieces are in—and look at this kitchen! 🔥🤎

We’re closing out this three-part transformation with the sink cutout, dishwasher installation, and a white farmhouse sink paired with a black faucet. 🔨✨

The finished butcher block brings warmth to the espresso cabinets, while floating shelves, creamy walls, and refreshed window and door trim bring the whole space together. 🙌🏽

From tearing out the old kitchen to that final look before turning off the camera—there’s a lot of work behind this reveal, and we’re proud of how it turned out.

Those details are starting to come together. 🔨🤎

In Part 1, we took this kitchen back to the basics. Now it’s time for floating shelves and custom-fitted butcher block countertops. 🔥

🪛 Securing four floating shelves on each side
🪵 Measuring, cutting, and shaping the butcher block for the right fit
✨ Applying the finish to help protect the wood and bring out its beautiful natural color

Watching that wood grain come to life is one of my favorite parts of this project. 🙌🏽

🎬 Part 3 is next—the finishing touches and full kitchen reveal. Follow along to see it all come together!

Beautiful finish. A whole lot of work behind it. 🔨🔥

Butcher block countertops, rich espresso cabinets, a white farmhouse sink with a black faucet, stainless steel appliances, and floating shelves—all brought together with creamy walls and refreshed window and door trim. 🤎✨

But first, we had to take it back to the basics. 💪🏽 Out came the old sink, cabinets, and laminate countertops. Then came plumbing work, wall repairs, and fresh paint to prepare for the transformation.

🎬 This is Part 1—from the finished reveal back to where it all started. Follow along for Part 2 as we bring this kitchen together!

The finished details catch your eye, but the transformation started with the prep. Once the old cabinets were removed, there were holes and damaged wall surfaces throughout the kitchen that needed attention.

We properly patched the damaged areas, primed, and painted before bringing Andrew’s refreshed kitchen together. 💪🏽

The finished space features:

🤎 Brand-new espresso brown cabinets to carry on that rustic feel
🪵 Handcrafted butcher block countertops for warmth and character
🤍 A farmhouse sink that brings the kitchen together
💡 A new light fixture above the sink
🎨 Freshly painted walls, window trim, and doors
✨ Stainless steel accents that add a touch of modern style

The existing wood floor stayed, keeping a piece of the home’s original character in the refreshed space. 🙌🏽

Thank you, Andrew, for the opportunity and your trust throughout this project!

Most bathroom issues don't start where you can see them—they start behind the walls. 🔨💧

We failure points and improper sealing from a past job. Here’s after we tore it down to the studs, corrected the waterproofing system, and rebuilt it to last for years to come. 🧱✨
