Before choosing JMI Windows & Doors, I obtained bids from four different companies and spent a great deal of time researching the various products, glass packages, window systems, warranties, and installation methods they offered. While there were certainly differences in the products themselves, I came to realize all the manufacturers offered quality high impact products. What ultimately distinguished one company from another was the level of customer service, communication, installation expertise, and transparency of warranties. Those were the reasons I ultimately chose JMI?and looking back, it was absolutely the right decision. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with JMI Windows & Doors. From the very first meeting through the final inspection, every person I worked with was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed to making the entire process as smooth as possible. My sales representative, Gavin, gave an outstanding presentation from the start. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and was incredibly responsive throughout the project. Whenever I had additional questions, he was quick to get the answers I needed by coordinating with the office and keeping me informed every step of the way. My project coordinator, Mikayla, was absolutely fabulous. One of the things that impressed me most was JMI's communication. Every phone call or conversation was followed by a prompt email summarizing what we had discussed, what actions would be taken, and when I could expect an update. That level of organization and communication gave me complete confidence throughout the entire process. I completed my project through Florida's My Safe Florida Home grant program, and JMI's knowledge of the program was invaluable. They guided me through every step, assisted with my HOA application, coordinated all the necessary paperwork, and made what could have been a complicated process feel effortless. The highlight of the experience, however, was the installation team?Team Ben. Ben and his partner, Primo, were exceptional. It was obvious they work together regularly because they operated like a well-oiled machine. They installed my two sliding glass doors and two windows with incredible precision and professionalism. They treated my home with the utmost respect, keeping their work area spotless throughout the entire installation. They worked steadily for nearly nine hours with remarkable focus, were courteous, quiet, and incredibly efficient. Their craftsmanship was outstanding, and the finished product exceeded my expectations. When everything was completed, the project passed inspection with flying colors. Before leaving, Ben and Primo took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood everything I needed to know about my new windows and doors. I never felt rushed, and I truly appreciated the care they took to ensure I was completely satisfied. It's rare to find a company where every member of the team?from sales, to project coordination, to installation?works together so seamlessly. JMI Windows & Doors has built an outstanding team, and it shows in every aspect of their work. I highly recommend JMI Windows & Doors to anyone looking for replacement windows or doors. Their professionalism, communication, craftsmanship, and customer service are truly first-class. Thank you to Gavin, Mikayla, Ben, Primo, and everyone at JMI for an exceptional experience!
