Old-failing railing walls are being removed and new aluminum handrails are being installed.

Concrete repairs are also conducted.

Phase 1 and two will wrap up with the application of a pedestrian waterproofing system.

WKM is working on both the balconies and the walkways at La Coquina. The main focus is the balcony scope of work which includes, floor coating removal, stucco repairs, concrete repairs, framed wall repairs (including new metal framing, densglass sheathing, BASF AWB flashing and new Hardi Trim).

We should have all new holes core drilled for the new fully welded kynar aluminum handrails by the end of this week!

The balconies are also getting the BASF Masterseal Traffic waterproof system along with a decorative Gemstone finish!

Customer called and said, " a truck damaged our carport, help!"
WKM removed the damaged I-Beam, installed a new one, re-framed the ceiling, hung rib lath, applied stucco to match the adjacent ceiling, primed and painted!

Not a typical WKM project, but we knocked it out of the park!

WKM is finishing up the 1st of 4 balcony drops at Prelude 80.
We are also actively on 2 others conducting concrete repairs, and urethane sealants.

Brand new fully welded Kynar Aluminum handrails, new BASF Masterseal 1500 pedestrian waterproofing on all balconies, and Sherwin Williams Emerald Rain Refresh on all stucco.

WKM is just finishing the North and South Elevations at 700 West. The final scope items were application of the SIKA Roofpro 20 year waterproofing system. We are also actively work on the West Elevation where we are conducting concrete repairs, removing/replacing sealants, and painting the building.
