CLAY TO CONCRETE. THE VISION IS REALITY. 🔥🪨

What began as a vision sculpted in clay is now taking shape in concrete.

Every formation, every grab ledge, every geological detail was envisioned long before the first piece of material was placed.

Now comes the part where the real magic happens. 🔮

The transformation from structure to stone.

Stay tuned. This is where artistry, patience, and precision bring the entire vision to life.

Concrete. Water. Vision.

From Clay to Concrete.

This is where every Boulder Legacies commission starts — not from a catalog and Not from a computer-generated rendering.

This hand-sculpted maquette lets us work through the entire feature before full-scale construction begins: the waterfall opening, the 10ft tall polished slide, integrated stone stairway, upper landing, sculpted rock formations, the climbing rope + handhold grabs & ledges for freeclimbing, lighting, planting pockets, elevation changes, and the way each element flows into the next.

The goal isn’t simply to add a waterfall to a pool.

It’s to create one complete piece of functional sculpture — designed specifically for the property, built by hand, and never duplicated.

Another concept presentation approved. ❤️🪨❤️

This one is headed to Lakeland, Florida.

Every Boulder Legacies project begins with a physical maquette built specifically around the client’s space. Before construction ever starts, they can see the waterfalls, stone formations, planting pockets, elevations, and overall composition from every angle.

No fake computer renderings.

No stock designs,

No prefabricated panels.

Just a custom environment designed around the people who will enjoy it every day.

Our new clients loved this one immediately, and honestly, I can see why. The twin cascading falls, integrated planting pockets, and fractured stone formations are going to completely change the feel of their pool and lanai area.

Now it’s time to take this vision from model scale to full scale.

This is the part people rarely see.

Not panels. Not molds. Not veneer, & NOT prefab pieces bolted together.

Every formation is hand sculpted from the ground up sculpted &shaped, fractured & carved. Refined in real time until the environment starts feeling like it’s always been there.

This is where waterfalls stop being “features” and start becoming environment & atmosphere.

Holler with your questions!

Concrete. Water. Vision.

This is what happens when a pool stops being a pool… and becomes an experience.

Hand-sculpted rockwork.
A polished concrete slide carved straight into the formation.
Layered elevations that pull your eye—and your body—into the water.
Integrated planters bringing life directly into the stone.

Nothing placed. Everything shaped.

No panels. No seams. No shortcuts.
Just raw material, controlled by hand.

From the top of the slide to the base of the falls, every line was built to feel like it’s always belonged here.

This isn’t an add-on.
This is the centerpiece.

Not a “pool feature.”
This is a full-on environment.

Polished concrete slide dropping clean into deep blue.
A 6’ waterfall ripping over a true grotto — not panels, not seams… sculpted stone that lives and breathes with the space.
Custom lush foliage rooted right into the rockwork like it’s always belonged there.

Fire on both sides of the spa — our custom gas Fire Rocks throwing heat and light across the waterline while the rock formation pushes straight into the pool, tying everything together as one monolithic build.

And this view?
From inside the pool cabana… sitting low, eye-level with the water, watching that waterfall work.

That’s the difference.
We don’t “add features.”
We build experiences you feel the second you step in.

This isn’t a hot tub.

It’s a hand-built rock spa—sculpted from the ground up to look like it belongs there… because it does!

Waterfall flowing.
Fire heating the water.
Lush foliage living right out of the structure.

No panels. No shells. No drop-in units.

Just concrete shaped by hand into something you won’t find anywhere else.

At the core is a wood-fired heating coil system—
water circulates through a stainless coil, heated naturally by fire.

No gas. No electric heater.
Just fire, water, and flow.

Every build starts the same way:
We sculpt a scaled clay model (maquette) of your exact space.

You don’t guess.
You don’t hope.
You see it, touch it, feel it and approve it before it’s ever built.

This one’s compact—but it hits.

Proof that it doesn’t take a massive footprint to create something people stop and stare at.

When you’re looking for something different…
something built specifically for your space…
We should talk!

There’s a difference between a rock… and a launch point.

This isn’t something we set in place.
It’s carved, shaped, and engineered to feel like it’s always belonged there.

A true jump rock—done right—has presence.
The stance. The elevation. The grip under your feet.
That split-second pause at the edge… then full send into the water.

We design these to do more than look real—
They function like natural stone formations, with integrated steps,
planter pockets for live foliage, and even hidden utility (yes… they double as ice coolers when you’ve got people over).

No templates. No panel kits. No “close enough.”

Every piece is hand-sculpted concrete—built to take years of use, weather, and impact without losing its edge.

If your pool already exists, even better.
This is where we come in.

📍 Custom-built. Site-specific. Designed from a physical maquette before anything gets installed.
