Appointment Setter- Talking to homeowners about going solar. This is not a sales job. Just setting up appointments. You are paid per hour, not per sale, but you do make more if your appointments actually convert into sales when a closer arrives to the appointment and gets the sale. Paid per hour and a bonus for number of appointments set and number of appointments that are actually closed. Pay starts at $12.50/hr no experience. With experience or education up to $100.00/hr. No HS Diploma- $12.50/hr
HS Diploma-$15.00/hr
Some College-$17.50/hr
Associates- $20.00/hr
Bachelors- $25.00/jhr
Bachelors in Business or similar-$30.00/hr
Masters in Business or similar-$50.00/hr
Doctorate in Business or similar-$100.00/hr
